Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the fragrance, hotel and home fragrance industry (diffusers, scented candles, and room sprays). This position is based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will understand the UAE market, enjoy building relationships, and drive sales. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets to expand market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, hotels, interior designers, and real estate developers.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of fragrance and diffuser products, effectively communicating their unique selling points and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client information, and transactions using a CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including fragrances, materials, and technical specifications of diffusers.
  • Advise clients on the best fragrance solutions for their specific needs and spaces.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on fragrances, cosmetics, or luxury consumer goods.
  • Proven experience with fragrance products like diffusers, scented candles, and essential oils.
  • Extensive experience working in the UAE market with a strong network of contacts in the retail, hospitality, or corporate sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
