Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a master’s in HSE is preferred.
• NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, Lead Auditor accreditation (advantage).
• 7+ years in HSE management roles, preferably in construction & infrastructure.
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety standards.
• Skills in risk assessment, hazard management, incident investigation, training development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in HSE management systems, compliance audits, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
