• Lead sustainable construction initiatives across large-scale development and infrastructure projects
• Drive the sourcing and implementation of certified green building materials and circular solutions
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams to embed sustainability from concept to execution
• Evaluate supplier sustainability performance and ensure alignment with ESG objectives
• Contribute to broader environmental strategy, innovation, and regulatory compliance

• UAE National with Family Book and 5-9 years of experience in construction, supply chain, or procurement
• Strong technical knowledge of sustainable building materials and green construction practices
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LEED, Estidama, or WELL
• Proven experience working on large-scale developments or infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage senior internal and external stakeholders
