We are a growing company, Welldone Fine Chemicals Manufacturing LLC, located in Kizad, Abu Dhabi, part of the Welldone Chemical Group. We specialize in manufacturing paint and coating chemicals (HPMC, HEC, RDP, and CELLOULSE products) as well as products for the oil and gas sector and wastewater treatment chemicals.

Job Purpose
Drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition for cellulose ethers (HPMC, HEC) and redispersible powders (RDP) in the MENA region, focusing on the paint, coatings, construction chemicals, and adhesives industries. Develop strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and lead market expansion efforts for Welldone.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
   • Achieve or exceed sales targets for HPMC, HEC, RDP, and related products in the MENA region.
   • Develop regional sales plans aligned with global objectives.
   • Identify new markets, applications, and customer segments, such as tile adhesives, exterior insulation, and water-based paints.
2. Key Account Management
   • Manage relationships with major paint/coatings manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs.
   • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with strategic accounts.
   • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
3. Technical Collaboration
   • Coordinate with R&D/technical teams to customize product solutions for specific needs.
   • Support customer trials, formulation troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with standards.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
   • Ensure adherence to export controls, regulations, and HSE standards.
   • Mitigate risks related to logistics, credit, and geopolitical issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years of B2B sales experience in specialty chemicals, particularly in paint, coatings, or construction materials.
• Proven experience selling cellulose ethers, RDP, or polymer additives in the MENA region.
• Existing network with relevant manufacturers or chemical companies.
• Deep knowledge of paint/coatings formulations and applications of RDP and cellulose ethers.
• Strong skills in pricing, negotiation, and distributor management.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% across MENA.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
