Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned senior executive to serve as Vice President – Global Employer Partnerships & Workforce Strategy, based in the UAE. This global-facing role will be the anchor for MSM Unify’s employer engagement initiatives, building strategic hiring partnerships across sectors and geographies.

You will be responsible for leading employer acquisition, contract negotiation, program design, and workforce ecosystem development—positioning MSM Unify as a leading channel for ethical, scalable, and future-ready talent sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Global Employer Engagement & Contracting

  • Identify and onboard employer partners across key global destinations (e.g., GCC, Canada, UK, Australia, US)
  • Lead end-to-end contracting for talent sourcing, student hiring, and workforce mobility solutions
  • Position MSM Unify as a trusted partner for staffing pipelines, internship placements, and graduate employment

Workforce Strategy & Sectoral Solutions

  • Co-create sector-specific workforce models (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, logistics, tech, trades)
  • Develop and scale hiring programs aligned with labor shortage areas, employer demand, and regulatory frameworks
  • Drive future skills initiatives and co-branded programs with employers and institutions

Institutional & Government Collaboration

  • Work closely with MSM Unify’s university and college partners to align talent supply with employer needs
  • Collaborate with government bodies on talent export/import schemes, skilling programs, and ethical migration pathways
  • Secure government-to-employer partnerships and workforce mobility MOUs

Operational Leadership & Metrics

  • Build and lead a global employer relations team
  • Define targets, contracting cycles, and KPIs for employer partnerships
  • Report on hiring volume, quality metrics, revenue growth, and impact outcomes

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of senior experience in employer engagement, workforce solutions, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or international talent strategy
  • Proven ability to close global employer contracts across industries and regions
  • Deep understanding of international labor markets, migration policy, and skilling ecosystems
  • Executive gravitas with a strong network across HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and public‑private workforce initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and operational leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication, partnership building, and cross-cultural fluency
  • Based in the UAE with the flexibility for frequent global travel
