Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
4. Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer questions about food and drink offerings.
5. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues as needed.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables.
7. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
8. Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and tips.
9. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
