We are currently seeking a Head of Revenue to join an established business setup company in Dubai.
Gross Profit / Sales
- Maintain individual and team monthly targets.
- Track B2C and B2B Team KPI and ensure Business Consultants meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand trends and track GP by product.
- Ensure each team member is achieving conversion rates.
Management / Compliance
- Set targets for the Revenue team
- Work cross functionally to achieve profitable growth and implement sales strategy.
- Ongoing performance management of the team to ensure delivery of targets and ongoing development of staff.
- Run regular product training to the team to ensure knowledge is up to date.
- Support the team in regard to sharing of information, industry knowledge, pricing of promotions and marketing strategies, in order to close sales.
- Oversee pipeline and management of the CRM system in making sure leads are being handled on time and appropriately by the Business Consultants. Evaluate performance by analysing data and metrics.
- Ensure correct lead distribution within the team.
Strategy
- Introduce and implement Sales strategies to help boost and exceed GP.
- Analyse reports and give data & feedback to CEO
- Introduce new products / packages.
